Body odour is not something that is out of this world. It is very common condition and there are some people who have more and terrible body odour while some who don’t have much of body odour. Hence make sure that you clean underarms well and you powder, deodorants, etc. These things will soak the excess of sweat and will not allow the bad smells to generate.
When you sweat, then the bacteria start growing in this sweat and that is what causes the bad odour. Hence summer is the time when people with body odour problems are more. You can fight with this problem either by reducing the amount of sweating or by killing the bacteria present in the sweat. To kill the bacteria first figure out what are the problem areas of your body and then concentrate on cleaning them. Underarms, groin area and the foot area are the main body parts where the sweat glands are highly active. Keep these areas clean by using anti-bacterial soaps. Follow hygienic habits and take good care of you in summer.
