Nighttime brushing and gargling is very effective, as it will remove the dirt and food particles from your mouth and teeth and thus will not allow bacteria to grow. Also be sure what you eat and how it is benefiting your body and soul. Just don’t eat for filling your stomach, eat wisely and include fruits and vegetables in your meal instead of red meat.
