The common symptoms of CFS are persistent fatigue, headaches, tiredness, muscle aches and painful lymph nodes.

The doctor will ask you to change your daily routine, which will focus more on your sleep patterns. The doctor will also give you anti-anxiety drugs to cure anxiety. If your family member or friend has CFS then ask them not to do heavy exercises, as this will exhaust them. Help them in learning various ways in which they can do their work more effectively without wasting energy or stamina.
