There are number of women who are suffering from infertility and in United States itself there are about three million women who are suffering from infertility. Infertility can be also caused due to the problems of cervix or the cervical mucus but chances of such kind of infertility are very low. Strenuous exercises, exposure to radiation and chemicals can also cause temporary infertility in women even though they get their menstruation properly. In many women if the endometrical tissue, which forms the inner lining of the uterus, is located outside the uterus then this condition is called as endometriosis. When the woman suffering from endometriosis gets her periods she experiencing unbearable pain and this might cause scarring of the ovaries and thus it blocks the way of egg and stops it from reaching into the fallopian tube. Hence this condition also increases the chances of infertility in women.

 The symptoms of female infertility are hard to find out, as it is not a physical condition. If a woman is having infertility problems then there is definitely something wrong with her internal body mechanism and that too mainly in her reproductive system. In most cases the reasons for infertility are associated with hormonal imbalance. It is impossible for any woman to know if the hormones are in balance within her or if the reproductive system is without any problem. If the woman fails to conceive even after one year of trying to conceive then she should first visit her doctor and get her medical examination done.
