In this world there are several people who are suffering from obesity. Such people have weights, which is triple of four times to their normal body weight and hence they look disproportionate. It is very difficult situation to be in, as you not only look unattractive with those extra fat layers but it also becomes the main cause for several major diseases. Overweight people also lack the confidence and are always under worry while eating something. Proper nutrition and exercise are like two main elements that will help you to fight with obesity and come to the normal weight zone.

The main causes behind gaining weight rapidly are eating too much, eating anything and less or no exercise. The food that you eat has no nutritional value and thus your health starts deteriorating even if you think that you are gaining healthy weight. Even if you eat healthy food and avoid eating junk food, the no exercising or less exercising again leads you to weight gain. Exercising is very important for each individual to remain energetic and remain in shape. Thus nutrition and exercise both should be part of your life in order to have control over your body.

So first thing that you will need to decide is to follow nutrition and exercise thoroughly and make these two things an inseparable part of your life. You will have to leave all the bad eating habits. Junk food, oily food, red meat, deserts, cheese will all a strict no for you. Occasionally you can indulge in sin food but that too once you reach your target weight. Till that time follow a strict diet plan. Many people think that diet plan means staying hungry or skipping meals. But this is complete wrong approach to solve the problems of being overweight. You have to eat good and healthy food. Make sure that you eat four to five small meals instead of having two king size meals. Fruits and all kinds of vegetables you can eat. Instead of drinking various fruit juices make a habit of cutting the fruit and eating it.

As mentioned above nutrition and exercise is the key for your problems related with obesity, make sure that you also give equal importance to exercising. Many obese women hate exercising like anything. Firstly they feel shy to be seen by others but there is no shame in exercising. You will need to remove your inhibitions and come out of your house and go for daily walking or running. If you never done this in your life then start with smaller goals like walking for 20 minutes or jogging for 20 minutes and then slowly increase the stamina. If first day itself you will try to have a 1-hour walk, your body will give up and then you will never feel like going for walks again. So be gentle with your body.
