Preferably, the self massage succession given below
is done daily before a warm bath early in the morning; many people have
more time for this unhurried process in the morning. Many people have

not rushed and have at least 20 minutes to lie down and rest before
resuming normal activity.
Preparation
Warm a quarter of a cup of cold pressed sesame oil
(or any oils appropriate to your dosha dominance, with or without
herbal extracts or essential oils). The easiest way is to put the oil
into a plastic squeezy bottle and then hold it submerged in hot water
until it is pleasantly warm to the skin. (NOTE: keep unused oil
refrigerated)
Next, relax. Take some deep breaths, then rub your
palms together until they feel warm. This charges the hands with energy
and makes them pleasant to touch.
