Using the flat of the hands, massage in large circles over the whole front of the body moving upwards and outwards from the body’s midline. Start at the bear and work over the chest to the bottom of the ribs. Massage the stomach in circles, spiraling out from the belly button in a clockwise course (upwards starting on the right, across the upper abdomen, down to the left and across from left to right below the navel).
Massage the back as best you can, starting at the base of the spine, working upward and outward from the backbone out over the ribs. To total, squeeze the tops of the shoulders.
