Any kind of irritating and unpleasant smell from a person’s body is known as body odor. Due to hyperhydrosis, such a condition occurs in the body. Perspiration is the body defensive mechanism by which the body temperature is regulated. When the body is exposed to hot conditions bodies regulatory mechanism comes to alert and sweat gland start producing sweat which in contact with the external environment cools the skin surface thus maintaining the normal temperature of the body. - Intake of 500mg of wheatgrass twice a day with cold water helps in reducing foul odor from the body due to action of chlorophyll.
- Apply baking soda paste on the most affected areas like arm pits etc to see that marvelous result in fading away of body odor.
- Usage of evaporating substances like white vinegar, alcohol etc in cleaning the arm pits etc., are beneficial in of body odor.
- By adding some drops of gulab jal (rose water) in a bucket full of water and bathing from it is the best remedy to escape from foul body odor.
- Use apple cider vinegar helps in reducing the ph levels of the skin thus in the places of foul odor.
- It is advisable to bathe at least three times a day to reduce the chances of stagnation of sweat in the areas which are most prone to sweating thus fading chances of unpleasant smell production.
- Usage of talc instead of deodorant is quite effective in preventing foul odor.
- Usage of few drops of essential oil of tea tree herb in a ounce of water as a deodorant is very affective in preventing bad body odor.
- Rubbing of turnip juice under arms prevents bad odor for upto 8-10 hours.
- Consuming sage tea is also affective in reducing bad body odor.
- Application of freshly crushed sage leaves and tomato juice before taking shower minimizes bad odor.
- Apply white vinegar with the help of cotton swab on the affected area helps in preventing body smell.
