Warm a whole wheat tortilla (for Vata and Pitta) with ½ teaspoon butter or oil in a heavy skillet. Turn once so both sides are heated. Kaphas, heat a corn tortilla in a non-stick pan without oil. Place on a serving plate and spoon enough hot beans into the tortilla to make a substantial yet manageable serving (½ cup for flour tortillas, ¼ cup for corn tortillas). Put any of the garnishes you desire on top of the beans, and roll the tortilla around the hot mixture like a crepe, securing with a toothpick if you like. Good fast lunch or supper, popular with kids and adults.
