VEG BIRYAN
Parboil 250 grams. Basmati Rice. In three tbsp Oil, fry three sliced Onions, one tsp each Ginger/Garlic paste. Mix puree of two Tomatoes, chilly and Turmeric Powder.
Veg Biryani
Cook till oil separates. Mix ½ cup Curd. Mix 1½ tbsp EVEREST BIRYANI MASALA, roast.
Mix 1½ cup cooked vegetables like Green-Peas, Cauliflower, Carrot and Salt. Grease bowl, spread ½ the Rice, add vegetables, and spread remaining rice. Pour two tbsp Ghee, ½ cup Milk. Cover up, heat for 15 minutes, on low flame. |
