Description
Ingredients:
Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cardamom seeds, Red Chillies, Cloves, Caraway, Cardamom green, Mace.
Recipe:
Soak 200gram cleaned and washed rice for 30 minutes in water. Fry single large, chopped red onion and two cloves of garlic in 30gram cooking oil. Mix 150gram cubed meat pieces and fry up to brown color. In a separate pan add 5g Hyderabadi Biryani masala and mix. Add rice and stir for 2 minutes. Mix water and cook with lid on till water evaporates. |
