Preparation time: 10 minutes
moderately +Vata, - Pitta, - Kapha
- 1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup fresh peas (or frozen, if you must)
Wash the peas. Steam them over hot water in a steamer until tender. About 5 minutes. Mix with the artichoke hearts and serve. Or, if you have unmarinated artichoke hearts, use SIMPLE OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING for the dressing. Moderately + Vata, especially the peas are frozen |
