-Vata, O Pitta, + Kapha
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice (about ½ fresh lime)
- 1/8 tablespoon garlic powder (optional, omit for Pitta)
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Mash all ingredients together in small bowl. |
