This condition causes the irritation of the gums and makes the gums bleed. This condition also makes the teeth loose and there is high risk of teeth loss involved.
It is good to use any kind of coated dental floss, as they can slide easily in between the teeth and thus helps in removing the bacteria from in between the teeth. Make sure that your floss is of good quality and it does not break easily. There are electric teeth flossing devices available in the market, which are very easy to operate and are convenient too. Hence in short teeth brushing and teeth flossing both are must for proper dental care.
