There are not so many things that you can do for increasing your height but surely there are certain things that inhibit your growth too. One should purely avoid these factors to achieve an optimized height. Strictly say no to drugs and alcohol as these are the known factors for inhibiting the growth of an individual.
- Don’t consume tea and coffee - Avoid excessive consumption of coffee and tea. As these contain nicotine and caffeine, these both have been found guilty of restricting the production of growth hormone hence troubles in gaining of height. Another factor that caffeine and nicotine hits is the sleep. Minimum of 8-10 hours of good sleep is required to achieve a regular supply of growth hormones that has the effect by which you achieve your height.
