- Green Tea: In order to loose your body fat start drinking green tea instead of drinking your regular tea. You can drink green tea at least two to three times in a day. Green tea is highly effective in reducing weight fast, as it helps the digestive tract to digest the food fast.
- Lemon water: Start your morning with having one glass of warm lemon water. For preparing the lemon water, take one glass of drinkable warm water and add limejuice in it and add some honey for taste. You should drink this with an empty stomach or else the results will take long time to be visible. This is one of the very effective home remedies for overweight.
- Diet: There is no need to skip any part of the meals. Instead just modify your meals. Instead of eating three bigger meals have five to six small meals. For three months just have vegetable soup for dinner and see how fast you loose your body weight.
- Papaya: You can also eat only papaya for your dinner rather than having vegetable soups for three months. You will loose the weight without loosing the glow on your face.
- Basil Leaves: Add some juice of basil leaves and honey in one glass of warm water and drink it. Drinking this on a daily basis will help you in shedding your weight.
- Tomatoes: After getting up, eat one or two tomatoes before eating or drinking anything else. This will be helpful in reducing weight as well as reducing the cholesterol levels. You can also have tomatoes in your breakfast for about three months and see the way you loose weight.
- Cabbage: Eating cabbage salads for your dinner, is also very effective in the treatment of being overweight.
- Ginger: Prepare ginger paste and add some honey in it. Having one teaspoon of this mixture three times in a day will help you reducing your weight.
- Avoid: Avoid eating oily and processed food. Stay away from smoking and drinking alcohol. Lead a healthy life.
