- Severe Fatigue or Morning Sickness – Morning sickness and fatigue these symptoms are also seen in pregnant women who carry single baby. But in case of multiple pregnancy the severity level of these two things is more. But this is also not a rule for all pregnant women carrying multiple pregnancies. In case this is your second pregnancy then it is easy for you to find the difference between fatigue and morning sickness then and now. If the severity is more then surely you are expecting twins or multiples. But such women who have second pregnancy as multiple pregnancies are very few. The doctor will clearly see if there are chances of multiple pregnancies on his or her computer screen. Hence the results of such tests are very accurate. Thus in case you are not able to judge form the symptoms of multiple pregnancy then ask your doctor about it.
