Yogurt – People suffering from gastritis can take 1 bowl of yogurt every day.
Ginger – Take 3 to 4 bits of ginger seeds along with salt and chew up well. It will help in providing fast relief from discomfort caused by gastritis.
Carrot and spinach juice – Mix carrot and spinach juices in equal amount and consume it regularly. Other fresh fruit juices can also be taken to cure this problem. Lemon juice can be consumed after adding a pinch of salt to it.
