Make a powder by adding black pepper, dry ginger & rock salt together in the fresh ginger twig juice. Take 2 to 3 gm of such powder along with honey.
Take 2 tsp apple extract vinegar & 2 tsp honey. Mix them in one glass of tepid water. Consume the mixture 1 to 2 times per day for one month.
Apply garlic paste on the affected parts to reduce pain in the muscles and joints. Mustard seeds paste also helps in solving the same purpose. Walnut makes the muscles and bones healthy and strong.
The juice extracted out of raw potatoes should be given to the patient 2 to 3 times in a day for about one month.

Rheumatism patients are recommended to take alfalfa leaves tea, not more than 6 times a day. It will assist in dissolving the food remains left inside the system.
