Home remedies- a natural treatment for ringworm
Ringworm is a skin infection which is caused by fungi called dermatophytes. These fungi generally feed on skin’s dead cells and the infection spreads very easily from infected persons and pets to others. It can be identified by a red colored circular patch with scaly borders on the skin. It may appear on nails, feet, scalp or any part of the body. Due to ringworm, problems like skin irritation, itching, reddishness, scaly patches, scalp infections etc. can arise.
