Role of different vitamins in skin whitening
Skin Whitening is the process in which an individual may use different substances to lighten the tone of the skin. Several vitamins like vitamin C, B, E and K have also been effective in this process of skin whitening. These vitamins give the most desirable youthful glow and it also provides cell nourishment to the skin. Some vitamins are also helpful in curtailing the effects of wrinkles on the skin. Vitamin C – It is the most important of all the vitamins that can help in skin whitening. According to a research, vitamin C can successfully avert the creation of melanin on the skin and eventually helps in whitening and moistening the skin. Grape seeds have antioxidant properties that can help in delaying skin aging, avoid the incursion of UV rays on the skin and therefore help in maintaining the health of the skin. Grape seeds are rich in special ingredient known as anthocyanin which is very effective in the process of skin whitening.
