Does Kapalbhati help in losing weight?
In Sanskrit the Kapal means 'skull', 'forehead' and bhati means 'luminous' and also 'perception' or 'Knowledge'. Therefore Kapalbhati is the practice which brings a state of clarity in mind as well as in the body. This is a well known breathing Pranayam that is known for it benefiting the individual by means of keeping him fit both mentally as well as physically.
