It helps greatly in decreasing any chronic pains that you may have and also helps in maintain your health condition.
s for mind one can practice Bharamari Pranayam, and Udgeeth Pranayam, whereas fro body one can go on to practice Bhastrika Pranayam, Kapalbhati Pranayam, Baharya Pranayam, and Anulom Vilom. Also they build up the mental health.
